- ears of corn, kernels4 (2 lb)
- lima beans, fresh or thawed2 cups
- butter2 tbsp
- onion, diced1/2
- kosher salt, black pepperto taste
Method

Onion in butter 3 minutes. Corn and limas, 8 minutes until the corn pops sweet.

Salt, pepper. It should still have bite.

A splash of cream if you want it richer. Not required.
