- whole milk, warm3 cups
- sharp cheddar, grated12 oz
- breadcrumbs1/2 cup

Pasta shy of done. Butter, flour, 2 minutes. Warm milk in, whisk until it coats a spoon.

Off heat, cheddar. Fold pasta. Into a skillet. Breadcrumbs on top.

400°F 15–20 minutes until the top browns. Hold covered. Do not time this to a 12-hour packer.
