Pornstar Martini

Vanilla vodka, passion fruit, lime, a shot of bubbles on the side.

The pour

One drink. Coupe · 6 oz. Ice: none in the glass.

  • Vanilla vodka

    1½ oz

  • Passion fruit liqueur

    ½ oz

  • Lime juice

    ½ oz

  • Simple syrup

    ½ oz

  • Prosecco

    served on the side

    2 oz

How

  1. Shake vodka, passion fruit, lime, syrup with ice. Strain into a coupe.
  2. Pour a short prosecco beside it. Sip bubbles, then the drink, or float a little in.

Garnish

Half a passion fruit. Prosecco in a shot glass beside it.

Tips

  • Passoã or Giffard Passion. Fresh passion puree if you have it — 1 oz, drop the syrup.
  • Unflavored vodka works. Vanilla is the classic.
