One drink. Highball · 10–12 oz. Ice: cubes.
Vodka
2 oz
Orange juice

Galliano
½ oz
How
- Ice, vodka, orange. Stir. Float Galliano on top over the back of a spoon.
Garnish
Orange slice.
Tips
- The float is the point. Stirring it in is a screwdriver with a secret.
The double
Double the vodka. Same half-ounce Galliano float unless you want it sweeter. Juice fills.
Highball rule: double the spirit, mixer fills, citrus stays unless they asked for sharper.
