Lemon Drop

Vodka sour, sugar rim. Tastes like candy if you miss the lemon.

A double scales every liquid. Garnish stays one. Open Double to see the pour.

The pour

One drink. Martini · 6–8 oz. Ice: none in the glass.

  • Vodka

    2 oz

  • Cointreau

    ½ oz

  • Lemon juice

    ¾ oz

  • Simple syrup

    ½ oz

How

  1. Wet half the rim with lemon, dip in sugar.
  2. Shake all with ice. Fine-strain into the glass.

Garnish

Sugar rim. Lemon wheel or a twist.

Tips

  • Deep Eddy Lemon already sweetens. Cut the syrup to ¼ oz.
  • Citrus vodka plus extra lemon is loud in a good way.
