Vodka, Chambord, pineapple. Shake until it foams.

The pour

One drink. Martini · 6–8 oz. Ice: none in the glass.

  • Vodka

    2 oz

  • Chambord

    ½ oz

  • Pineapple juice

    1½ oz

How

  1. Shake hard with ice. Fine-strain into a chilled glass.

Garnish

Raspberry or a lemon twist.

Tips

  • Raspberry vodka plus Chambord is double raspberry — cut the Chambord to ¼ oz.
  • The foam is pineapple. Shake it.
