The pour

One drink. Martini · 6–8 oz. Ice: none in the glass.

  • Vodka

    1½ oz

  • Sour apple liqueur

    1 oz

  • Cointreau

    ¼ oz

  • Lemon juice

    ¼ oz

How

  1. Shake with ice. Fine-strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish

Apple slice or a cherry.

Tips

  • Cîroc Apple can replace the vodka. Cut the pucker to ¾ oz.
  • Lemon is what keeps it from tasting like candy only.
