- zucchini, ½-inch coins4 (2 lb)
- onion, sliced1
- garlic cloves, sliced2
- oil or butter2 tbsp
- chopped thyme1 tsp
- chopped rosemary1/2 tsp

Hot skillet, oil. Onion 3 minutes until it takes color.

Zucchini in. Do not crowd — two batches if the garden was generous. 4 minutes, toss, 3 more until the faces brown.

Garlic, thyme, rosemary off the heat so they perfume, not burn. Salt. If there is a puddle, the pan was too full.
